Short version: we don't use cookies, so there's no cookie banner. Last updated 5 October 2026.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and device fingerprinting. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR and similar laws, a website needs your consent before storing or reading anything on your device, unless it's strictly necessary for a service you asked for.

Third-party content
By default the site loads no content from other companies. Fonts (Schibsted Grotesk, Instrument Sans and JetBrains Mono, under the SIL Open Font License) and photos are stored on our own server. There are no videos or social media buttons. The WhatsApp and Google Maps links are plain links: nothing loads from those services unless you click one.
The map on our contact page
The contact page has a Google Maps map of our office, but it stays switched off until you press "Show the map". Only then does your browser connect to Google. Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Google is responsible for that processing under its privacy policy. Pressing the button is your consent for this one page view. Nothing is remembered, so the map is off again the next time you visit. If you'd rather not load it, the written address and the directions link work without it.
Why there's no cookie banner
A consent banner is needed only when a site stores or reads non-essential information on your device. This one doesn't, so there's nothing to agree to. The one exception is the optional Google map, and it has its own button that asks first. If we ever add analytics or other embedded content, we'll update this page and ask for your consent before anything non-essential runs.
Your browser settings
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. It won't affect this site.
