A supplier you can put in a contract.

Public and donor-funded buyers need more than a good price. They need the documents, the bonds and a delivery date that holds up in an audit. We build bids around those.

What we bring to a bid

Everything the evaluation committee asks for.

  • Bid securities and performance bonds through our bank, if the tender calls for them
  • Certificates of origin, conformity and inspection with every shipment
  • Manufacturer authorisation letters where the tender requires them
  • Company registration, trade licence and tax certificates, ready to attach
  • A delivery schedule written into the bid, so you can hold us to it
How it works

From tender notice to signed delivery note.

Send us the tender document as early as you can. A week before the deadline is workable. A day before usually isn't.

STEP 01

Read the tender

We go through the specs and the conditions and flag anything we can't meet, before you spend time on it.

STEP 02

Price it

Firm supplier prices, freight, insurance and duties where they apply, valid for the bid period.

STEP 03

Bid together

We supply as the main bidder, or back you as the local partner with a supply agreement.

STEP 04

Deliver to schedule

Inspection, shipment and handover with the documents your auditors will want to see.

Who we supplyContractorsMain contractors on donor-funded projects who need a reliable materials partner.

We follow the anti-corruption and procurement rules in each tender. We don't pay facilitation payments, and we'll walk away from a bid that asks for one. See our terms of use and legal notice.
